Want to become a Guardian Home?
What people love most about us — and why we’d love for you to be part of our program!
We are a small, family-run breeder, and the well-being of our dogs is always our number one priority. They are our beloved pets first and foremost, raised by us from puppyhood and cherished for their entire lives.
Because of our deep commitment to their care, we operate differently from many breeders. We choose not to have a large number of dogs in our home (though we’d love it!) and will never have more than 2–3 breeding dogs at a time — and even fewer once they’ve retired from breeding.
To keep our exceptional breeding program going while ensuring every dog gets the individual love and attention they deserve, we rely on Guardian Homes. A Guardian Home is a wonderful, loving family who welcomes one of our dogs into their home while we retain breeding rights.
You can read all about the benefits below, and we’d be happy to answer any questions you may have!
No cost!
Through our Guardian Home Program, a loving family can welcome one of our beautiful puppies into their home at no cost. As a guardian, you’ll provide a safe, happy, and caring environment for the dog as your cherished family pet, while we retain breeding rights for a set period of time. Once their breeding career is complete, full ownership is transferred to you — meaning you’ve given a forever home to your dog from the very start.
First pick of the litter
As part of our Guardian Home Program, families are given first choice of puppies from future litters if they decide to adopt another dog from us—at a discounted rate. This way, you have the opportunity to grow your family with a new furry friend who shares the same exceptional qualities and love you’ve come to know and trust.
Compensation
As a valued part of our Guardian Home Program, families will receive $1,000 in compensation for each live litter their guardian dog produces while in our breeding program. Unlike many breeders, we believe in fairly compensating the loving families who care for our dogs and help us maintain our high-quality breeding program. This is our way of showing genuine appreciation for your care, commitment, and partnership.
Covered spay and neuter
When your guardian dog retires from breeding, we cover the full cost of their spay or neuter surgery. This ensures a smooth transition to life as your beloved pet, with no additional expense to your family.
Breeding
When a dog joins our Guardian Home Program, we retain full breeding rights throughout their breeding career. This means we make all decisions regarding breeding and care related to their role in our program, ensuring our breeding standards and health protocols are always met. Meanwhile, your family enjoys the companionship and love of your guardian dog every day.
Breeding related expenses covered
All breeding-related expenses, including veterinary care, health testing, and breeding fees, are fully covered by us throughout your dog’s time in the Guardian Home Program. This ensures your family can focus on enjoying your furry companion without any additional financial burden related to their role in our breeding program.
